  • I love working with complete beginners. My goal is to ensure you’re making the right decisions when it comes to your training and nutrition. Therefore, I’ll be there to guide you 100% of the way and give you the support you need. In addition, if you have more training experience (intermediate/advanced) I’ll identify current strengths and areas for improvement.

    Perhaps, you need more accountability and structure? I’ll be there to ensure you’re hitting your targets for the week and getting the support you need. Lastly, maybe your plan has become monotonous? I’ll therefore spruce up your workouts and keep them fresh ensuring you turn up to every workout excited and determined to smash your goals.

  • The answer is a big YES! I’ll ensure that you can work around your injuries, so it doesn’t hinder your training. During the assessment process your past and present injuries will be identified during the screening. More importantly, a movement strategy will be implemented during your program to help fix or improve the condition of the injury you may be encountering. If, however, your injury is problematic and could create further issues down the line. I will advise an evaluation from your physician.

  • The big question that everyone wants to know the answer too. Well, let me put it simply, it depends on a number of factors that I will help you control and optimise. However, if you’re looking for a quick fix to incinerate fat and put on 2kgs of muscle in 5hrs then this isn’t for you.

    If throughout the course of your coaching, you follow your fitness coaches’ suggestions to the best of your ability you will see the results you deserve. It's guaranteed!

    Throughout the duration of your coaching, I’m invested in you and want you to overcome obstacles you thought were out of your reach.

  • If you have decided to go down the transformation pro pathway you can expect to interact week on week. Consequently, you’ll be allocated a time slot each week to run through your weekly check-in.

    During the video call, you will go through accomplishments, areas for improvement and breakdown barriers. After the video call, I may modify your plan based upon the call to ensure you are progressing. However, If I feel that you would benefit from some slight tweaks in your plan, I’ll make the necessary modifications. Lastly, if you don’t have any questions for myself, I’ll review what you’ve done for the week and give feedback based on your training performance.

  • Dependent upon the tier, Domin8 Fitness coaching ranges from £150 per month to £90 per month. For a further breakdown of the different tiers please refer to the coaching tiers section. Please note: we don’t serve up generic plans at Domin8Fitness HQ. Everything has been meticulously calculated to your body's needs, your preferences and your schedules.
